Research and Design of Automatic Cutting Machines for Welding Grooves at the Intersecting Line of Air Duct Tees
The groove needs to be cut at the intersecting line before air duct tees are welded,and the preparation of weld grooves is very important for the subsequent welding process.This paper designs an automatic cutting ma-chine for welding grooves at the intersecting line of air duct teens with hydraulic transmission and its control system as the core.It has the characteristics of the controllable clamp force of steel tubes,and the effective combination of high-speed and low-speed motion,which improves production efficiency,assures the cutting quality of grooves,and improves the working conditions of workers.The application of hydraulic transmission and its control system provides a necessary condition for the automatic cutting of steel tubes,the project is reasonable and feasible,and the mechanism is simple and compact.It will have a broad application prospect.
