高原干热条件下高性能混凝土施工养护研究

在高原地带,由于天气干热、空气湿度低、紫外线辐射强以及水蒸发量大,保证水泥工程施工质量极其困难.为此,旨在探讨C30、C60新型水泥的配方与施工过程中水胶比及保养要求对水泥硬度的影响,以期解决上述问题.研究表明:在相同配比条件下,采用干热养护的水泥28d强度比标准养护环境高出43%~80%.因此,为了进一步提高混凝土的质量,建议采取遮盖蓄水物、定时灌水和严格保湿养护方法,并相应增加水泥的设计硬度,降低水胶比.
Research on the Construction and Maintenance of High-Performance Concrete Under Dry-Hot Plateau Conditions
In plateau areas,it is extremely difficult to ensure the construction quality of cement projects due to dry-hot weather,low air humidity,strong ultraviolet radiation and high water evaporation.For this reason,this study aims to explore the formulation of new C30 and C60 cement and the effect of the water-binder ratio and mainte-nance requirements on the hardness of cement during construction,with a view to solving above problems.Results show that under the same ratio condition,the strength of cement with dry-hot curing for 28 days is 43%~80%higher than that in the standard curing environment.Therefore,in order to further improve the quality of concrete,it is recommended to adopt the curing methods of covering water storage devices,filling water regularly and mois-turizing strictly,increase the design hardness of cement and reduce the water-binder ratio accordingly.
