Road and bridge engineering is the most important component of urban infrastructure construction,and its quality and level of construction technology play a vital role in the sustainable development of the transportation system.This paper aims to deeply analyze the application of roadbed and pavement construction technology in road and bridge engineering,discuss key technologies and problems in road and bridge engineering,and put forward sug-gestions for improvement and innovation,which mainly include the selection of construction technology and me-chanical equipment,roadbed reinforcement and soft soil treatment,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of road and bridge engineering.
