Research on the Construction Technology of Shield Tunneling Through the Strata of Deeply-Buried Fracture Zones
Compared with ordinary strata,the shield machine is more likely to encounter conditions such as stra-tum contraction,collapse,sticking the cutterhead,sticking the shield body and water surge when tunneling through the strata of deeply-buried fracture zones.This paper takes the construction of the shield machine tunneling through the stratum section of deep fracture zones in a water diversion project in Xinjiang as the background,and puts forward a set of safeguard measures for the shield machine tunneling through the strata of fracture zones with large embedded depth,focusing on the key technologies of the targeted structural design of shield machines,stratum reinforcement and the construction of water-stopping rings,which provides references for the subsequent construc-tion of the shield machine tunneling through the strata of deeply-buried fracture zones.
