深基坑盖挖逆作法开挖对地表沉降影响分析

工程以武汉地铁12号线汉钢站深基坑开挖工程为依托,采用深基坑盖挖逆作法下进行主体构造施工.为了研究基坑开挖过程中的地表沉降、建筑物沉降以及地下连续墙的变化规律,还采用了数值模拟和现场监测的方法,对工程进行了系统分析,并提出了相应的优化措施.结果表明:随着深基坑的开挖深度增加,基坑周边的地表沉降、建筑物沉降以及地下连续墙的沉降量越来越大,从而在施工过程中的关键阶段需要采取防范措施.
Analysis of the Influence of Excavating Deep Foundation Pits with the Covered Top-Down Excavation Method on Ground Surface Settlement
This paper is based on the deep foundation pit excavation project of the Hangang Station of Wuhan Metro Line 12,and applies the covered top-down excavation method for deep foundation pits to carry out main structure construction.In order to study the change laws of ground settlement,building settlement and under-ground diaphragm walls in the process of excavating foundation pits,this paper adopts the methods of numerical simulation and field monitoring to systematically analyze them,and puts forward corresponding optimization mea-sures.The results show that with the increase of the excavation depth of deep foundation pits,the settlement vol-ume of the ground surface,buildings and underground diaphragm walls around foundation pits is increasing,so it is necessary to take preventive measures in the key stage of the construction process.
