摘要

高层建筑在现代城市化进程中具有不可替代的作用,而高层建筑施工现场的塔机和电梯对高层建筑的施工过程,同样具有不可替代的价值.然而在实际施工过程中,塔机和施工电梯往往存在空间竞争、运行效率不匹配等问题,影响着建筑工程的整体质量和施工进度.在这种情况下,应从智能调度系统优化、通信技术升级与培训、定期维护与数据同步、现场监测与实时调整、跨团队沟通与合作强化5个角度深入分析了高层建筑中塔机与电梯协同作业优化的具体策略和建议.

Abstract

High-rise buildings play an irreplaceable role in the process of modern urbanization,and tower cranes and elevators at the construction sites of high-rise buildings also have irreplaceable value in the construction process of high-rise buildings.However,in the actual construction process,there are often problems between tower cranes and construction elevators,such as spacial competition and mismatch in operating efficiency,which affect the over-all quality and construction progress of the construction project.Under such circumstances,this study should con-duct an in-depth analysis of specific strategies and suggestions for the optimization of the collaborative operation of tower cranes and elevators in high-rise buildings from five perspectives:the optimization of the intelligent dispatch system,the upgrading and training of communication technology,regular maintenance and data synchronization,on-site monitoring and real-time adjustment,and cross-team communication and cooperation strengthening.
