This article provides a systematic analysis of the composition of special adhesive materials for retard-bonded prestressing steel strands and the consistency disturbance of adhesive materials from production to construc-tion stages,and conducts experimental research on the recovery period of disturbances generated by different types of retard-bonded adhesives extracting binders from retard-bonded steel strands at production,transportation,stor-age and construction stages.This paper evaluates and analyzes the changes of consistency indicators,and obtains the disturbance recovery period of different types of retard-bonded adhesives and the disturbance law of the consis-tency of retard-bonded adhesives at different links,which provides a reasonable,fast and effective method for de-tecting the consistency control indicators of retard-bonded prestressing steel strand products.
