Innovative Design of Transmission Combination Teaching Aids for the Mechanical Design Course
The Mechanical Design course includes many kinds of mechanical structures,and if it only depends on former teaching ways,it is often very difficult for student to have a systematic grasp of professional knowledge.Moreover,most of the content about mechanical transmission written in the Mechanical Design course is based on the order of writing from operating principles and transmission structure characteristics to strength computation and the application and maintenance of teaching aids.In particular,strength calculation contains a large number of com-plex formulas and parameters,as well as a variety of tables and graphics,which is difficult to learn.The innovative design of the combined transmission mechanism can systematically and skillfully combine with scattered mechanical design teaching aids,which conforms to the theoretical and practical learning requirements of the Mechanical De-sign course,can fully stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning the Mechanical Design course,and help improve their mechanical creativity.
