This paper discusses the type characteristics,construction elements,operation mechanism and service mode of digital resources under smart libraries,the importance and advantages of the digital resources of smart librar-ies in the construction of smart libraries,the application scenarios and effects of the Internet of Things,artificial in-telligence and other technologies in smart libraries,the user needs and experience of smart libraries,suggestions and measures for optimizing services,and development suggestions and strategies.Through the implementation of these measures,we can improve the service quality and reader satisfaction degree of the smart library,and better play the role of the library in the information society.
