Technological changes have had a significant impact on reading promotion work in university libraries.How to use new technologies to achieve new breakthroughs in reading promotion work,and thus usher in new de-velopment under opportunities and challenges?Based on this,this paper expounds the new requirements of new technologies for the reading environment,service methods and service librarians of reading promotion work in li-braries in response to the impact of technological changes,and also gives the author's inspiration and thinking in this study for innovative reading promotion models in different fields,hoping to provide useful reference for re-search on reading promotion.
