With the increasing scale and complexity of the power system,the traditional starting mode can no lon-ger meet the requirements of the efficient,safe and reliable management of the operation of the distribution net-work,and it is particularly important to study and develop the starting mode of the dispatching network in the dis-tribution network,which has significant effects in dealing with sudden failures,improving the operation efficiency of the power grid and optimizing power quality.Based on this,this paper briefly discusses the design of the issuing mode of the dispatching network in the distribution network,and deeply explores the implementation process and application measures of the issuing of the dispatching network in the distribution network.
