秦皇岛港煤五期卸堆线流程共有带式输送机27条,由于长年处于运转状态,其皮带因老化磨损严重,皮带自身扯边、表面漏钢丝等问题时有发生,如果不能进行有效检测,则皮带损坏程度将被扩大,严重时会使整条皮带完全损坏.针对此问题,煤五期自主设计研制了基于多点检测的新型皮带防纵向撕扯程度扩大的保护装置,从根本上解决了在原设计中皮带发生纵向撕扯时保护装置迟报警或不报警,而皮带实际无纵向撕扯,保护装置却误报警的缺陷,为公司安全稳定生产打下了坚实的设备基础.
A Protective Device for Preventing the Expansion of the Longitudinal Tear Degree of the Belt of Belt Conveyors Based on Multi-Point Detection
The coal unstacking line process of Qinhuangdao Port Coal Phase 5 has a total of 27 belt conveyors.Due to long-term operation,their belts are severely worn due to aging,and problems such as belt edge pulling and surface wire leakage often occur.If they cannot be effectively detected,the damage degree of the belt will be ex-panded,and in severe cases,the entire belt will be completely damaged.In response to this issue,Coal Phase 5 inde-pendently designs and develops a new protection device to prevent the expansion of the longitudinal tear degree of the belt based on multi-point detection,which fundamentally solves the defects in the original design that the alarm from the protective device is delayed or absent when the belt is longitudinally torn,and the protective device mis-takenly alarms when the belt is not actually longitudinally torn,and lays a solid equipment foundation for the com-pany's safe and stable production.
