摘要

盾构机刀盘发生磨损会导致盾构掘进困难,严重影响了施工效率.刀盘修复作业需要在盾构隧道掌子面位置开挖工作洞,为人工修复刀盘提供站立行走的操作空间.为此,以深江铁路SJSG-1标段盾构项目为例,提出一种盾构隧道掌子面工作洞开挖技术,重点阐述了作业人员进仓流程、掌子面工作洞开挖技术、洞门凿除施工注意事项等技术要点,为后续盾构机施工提供借鉴.

Abstract

The wear and tear of the cutterhead of the shield tunneling machine will lead to difficulties in shield tun-neling,which will seriously affect construction efficiency.The repair operation of the cutterhead needs to excavate a working hole at the shield tunnel face to provide standing and walking operation space for the manual repair of the cutterhead.This paper takes the shield project of the SJSG-1 section of the Shenzhen-Jiangmei Railway as an example,and puts forward a technology for excavating the working hole of the shield tunnel face,focusing on tech-nical points such as the process of operators entering the cabin,the excavation technology of the working hole of the face,precautions for the construction of chiseling the hole door away,so as to provide reference for the subse-quent construction of shield machines.
