为提升钢筋保护层厚度检测结果准确性,依托某高速公路桥梁工程,展开了电磁感应法在桥梁墩柱钢筋保护层厚度检测中的应用研究.首先分析了电磁感应法的检测原理、检测流程,其次归纳总结了混凝土材料的电磁性质、钢筋的直径和分布情况等检测结果影响因素,最后进行了实体工程应用.应用结果表明:3-1墩柱钢筋保护层厚度合格率为100%.
Application of the Electromagnetic Induction Method in the Thickness Detection of the Reinforced Protective Layer of Bridge Pier Columns
In order to improve the accuracy of the detection results of the thickness of reinforced protective layers,this article studies the application of the electromagnetic induction method in the thickness detection of the rein-forced protective layer of bridge pier columns based on a highway bridge project.First,it analyzes the detection principle and process of the electromagnetic induction method.Then,it summarizes the factors affecting detection results such as the electromagnetic properties of concrete materials and the diameter and distribution of steel bars.Fi-nally,it applies it to practical projects,and application results show that the qualified rate of the thickness of the rein-forced protective layer of the 3-1 pier column is 100%.
