Design and Performance Verification of a Multifunctional Torque Calibration Device
In order to meet the development of domestic industrial capacity and energy demand,and ensure the accuracy and traceability of the value of power measurement instruments in shipbuilding,aviation and other fields in China,the author's team has designed and manufactured a 50 kNm multifunctional torque calibration device.This article first introduces the structural principle of the torque calibration device.Then,it tests and verifies its performance through experimental analysis,and studies its stability and expanded uncertainty in the process of its value transmission.Ex-perimental results show that in the measurement range of 1~50 kNm,the expanded uncertainty of the device is Urel=0.1%(k=2).This device can trace torque parameters to national standards according to the verification regulation of"Torque Measuring Instruments"(JJG 2047-2006),so as to achieve the accuracy and traceability of the value of torque measuring instruments.
