再生石材用不饱和聚酯树脂固化特性研究

摘要
不饱和聚酯树脂作为粘结剂在人造大理石中得到大量应用.采用Gelprof518树脂反应行为分析仪研究了不饱和聚酯树脂在不同固化剂添加量、不同种类固化剂及复配固化剂对树脂凝胶反应的固化特性,探究固化剂添加量及固化剂种类对固化反应速率的影响.结果表明:固化剂类型、添加量和温度对固化反应速率和反应程度有显著影响,在实际应用中须根据具体应用需求进行选择.
Abstract
Unsaturated polyester resin is widely used in artificial marble as an adhesive.The paper studies the curing characteristics of unsaturated polyester resin on the gel reaction of resin in different dosages of the curing agent,different types of the curing agent and compound curing agents by the Gelprof518 resin reaction behavior analyzer,and explores the influence of the dosage and type of curing agents on the rate of the curing reaction.The results demonstrate that the type,dosage and temperature of the curing agent significantly affect the rate and degree of the curing reaction,and that they should be selected based on specific application needs in practical applications.
