数字孪生技术在电梯设计制造中的应用探索

在智能化、信息化技术与市场需求的推动下,电梯制造业的驱动模式由以往的产品驱动转变为用户驱动,为解决用户驱动背景下电梯制造过程存在的个性化定制问题,将数字孪生技术引入电梯设计与制造环节,建立了电梯数字孪生五维模型,并对五维模型中各个维度进行重点分析.基于MCD仿真平台对电梯的机电系统进行设计,总结分析了当前数字孪生的实践情况与后续扩展方向.
Driven by intelligence and information technologies and market demand,the driving mode of the elevator manufacturing industry is shifting from the previous product-driven one to the user-driven one.In order to solve the personalized customization problem in the manufacturing process of elevators under the user-driven background,digital twin technology is introduced into the design and manufacturing process of elevators,a five-dimensional digital twin model of elevators is established,and each dimensions in the five-dimensional model is mainly analyzed.Based on the MCD simulation platform,the electromechanical system of elevators is designed,and the current practice and follow-up expansion directions of the digital twin are summarized and analyzed.
