特种设备中的起重机检测技术研究

起重机是特种设备中最常见的工程机械,广泛应用于建筑工地、码头、物流等领域.起重机的安全性直接关系到工作人员的生命安全,所以起重机检测技术的研究备受关注.基于此,通过对起重机检测技术的研究,针对起重机的结构和工作原理,介绍了常见的起重机结构检测方法,包括射线检测、超声检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测等.研究发现,目前起重机检测技术主要采用传感器和信号处理技术,能高精度检测起重机运行情况.然而,起重机检测技术仍存在各种问题,包括检测方法复杂、成本高昂、实时性不足等.工作人员要进一步开展研究工作,集中提高检测方法的可靠性,合理降低起重机运行成本.
Research on the Detection Technology of Cranes in Special Equipment
A crane is the most common construction machinery in special equipment,which is widely used in con-struction sites,docks,logistics and other fields.The safety of cranes is directly related to the safety of workers,so research on the detection technology of cranes has attracted much attention.Based on this,through research on the detection technology of cranes,for the structure and working principle of cranes,this paper introduces the common inspection methods of crane structures,such as X-ray inspection,ultrasonic inspection,magnetic particle inspection and penetrant inspection.In research,it is found that the current detection technology of cranes mainly adopts sensor and signal processing technologies,which can detect the operation of cranes with high precision.However,there are still various problems in the detection technology of cranes,such as complex detection methods,high costs and insufficient in-stantaneity,so the staff should further carry out research,focusing on improving the reliability of detection methods and reasonably reducing the operating costs of cranes.
