摘要

再生骨料作为一种回收再利用材料,与天然骨料对比存在力学性能上差异,为进一步增强骨料性能,通过用水玻璃做碱激发剂对矿渣水泥与再生骨料制备的再生骨料水稳料力学性能进行探究,分析碱激发作用下水稳料抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量作用机理.试验发现,水泥掺量很大程度上决定混凝土强度,碱激发剂的加入有效提高了混凝土力学性能,其中对抗压强度的影响提高最为显著.

Abstract

The recycled aggregate is a recycled material,and compared with the natural aggregate,it has differences in mechanical properties.In order to further enhance the performance of aggregates,this paper uses water glass as an alkali activator to explore the mechanical properties of the recycled-aggregate cement-stabilized material prepared by slag cement and recycled aggregates,and analyzes the mechanism of the compressive strength,splitting strength and compressive rebound modulus of cement-stabilized materials under the action of alkali activation.Through experimental results,it can be seen that the cement content determines the strength of concrete to a large extent,and that the addition of alkali activators effectively improves the mechanical properties of concrete,with the most significant effect on the improvement of compressive strength.
