摘要
旨在探索建筑信息模型技术在绿色建筑设计中的应用,推进建设绿色施工.通过对BIM在整个流程中的运用进行了剖析,并对其在各个阶段的实施进行了探讨.在建筑设计中,引入BIM可以提高设计效率,优化施工方案,实现设计全过程的集成,是实现建筑设计的重要手段.研究表明:BIM在全程绿色施工设计中的应用,对工程项目的整体品质有明显的提升.在此基础上,实现团队协作与信息共享,对能耗、物料选择及系统效能进行仿真优化,以达到更高的节能与环境保护目标.
Abstract
The paper aims to explore the application of building information modeling(BIM)technology in green building design to promote green construction.The paper analyzes the use of BIM in the whole process and discusses its implementation in various stages.The introduction of BIM to building design can improve design efficiency,optimize the construction plan and realize the integration of the whole process of design,and it is an important means to realize building design.The study shows that the application of BIM in the design of whole-process green construction has significantly improved the overall quality of the project,and that on this basis,it realizes teamwork and information sharing,and simulates and optimizes energy consumption,material selection and system efficiency,so as to achieve higher energy-saving and environmental goals.
