以武汉地铁12号线汉钢站深基坑开挖工程为依托,采用深基坑盖挖逆作法下进行主体构造施工,并对此工序下超深钢管柱的垂吊定位技术进行研究创新.通过以优化施工工艺、应用先进监测技术以及精准定位技术,通过"三项标高定位法"在深基坑盖挖逆作施工条件下实施超深钢管柱高精度垂吊,以保证施工质量和工程进度,并为今后的类似工程打下基础.
Research on Construction Technology for the Precise Positioning of Ultra-Deep Steel Pipe Columns in Deep Foundation Pits
Based on the deep foundation pit excavation project of the Hangang Station of Wuhan Metro Line 12,this project adopts the cover and cut-top down method of deep foundation pits to construct its main structure,and studies and innovates the hanging positioning technology of ultra-deep steel pipe columns in this process.By optimizing the construction technology,and applying advanced monitoring technology and precise positioning technology,the ultra-deep steel pipe column is suspended with high precision under the cover and cut-top down construction condition of deep foundation pits by the"three elevation positioning method",so as to ensure construction quality and the project progress,and lay the foundation for future similar projects.
