摘要

智慧水利是一种运用3S技术、云计算、通信网络等一系列先进技术,对水利各个领域进行科学管理,提高水利工程建设、防汛抗旱、水资源管理效能,有效保障水利科学发展的智能化技术.基于此,以智慧水利建设为背景,介绍智慧水利的基本概念和建设应用,详细阐述了智慧水利建设在水利各个领域中的具体应用,实现对水利行业各领域的精确监测和预测分析,提高水利科学监测、预警、分析、预测和决策能力,推动水利事业实现可持续发展.

Abstract

Smart water conservancy is an intelligent technology that applies a series of advanced technologies such as 3S technology,cloud computing and communication networks to scientifically manage various water conservancy fields to improve the efficiency of water conservancy engineering construction,flood control and drought relief and water resource management and effectively ensure the scientific development of water conservancy.Based on this,with the background of smart water conservancy construction,this paper introduces the basic concept and construction application of smart water conservancy,and expounds the specific application of smart water conservancy construction in various water conservancy fields in detail,in order to realize the accurate monitoring and predictive analysis of the various fields of the water conservancy industry,improve the capacity of the scientific monitoring,early warning,analysis,prediction and decision-making of water resources,and promote the sustainable development of the water conservancy industry.
