近年来,随着智慧城市的发展,三维空间数据成为社会发展所必需的一种新的、直观的数据表达方式,而传统的既费力又耗时、周期长的手工建模方式,和传统的非接触式仅从垂直方向获取建模影像数据的摄影测量技术,已难以满足智慧城市三维建模的复杂要求,倾斜摄影测量技术的出现颠覆了原有的建模拍摄角度的局限,提供了自动化、低成本、高效率和高精度的建模流程.同时,基于倾斜摄影测量技术,对山西省某市三维建模数据采集技术流程进行详细设计,使用飞机搭载五镜头航摄仪与固定翼无人机作业平台对建模区域进行倾斜摄影三维建模数据采集,并采用建模软件实现自动批量建模与三维模型的单体化.
Research on Oblique Photographic 3D City Modeling Based on Layered Display
In recent years,with the development of intelligent cities,3D spatial data has become a new and intui-tive way of data expression that is necessary for social development,and the traditional manual modeling method which is laborious,time-consuming and long-term and the traditional non-contact photogrammetry technology which only obtains modeling image data from the vertical direction can no longer meet the complex requirements of the 3D modeling of smart cities.The emergence of the oblique photogrammetry technology has overturned the limitations of the original modeling shooting angle,and provided an automatic,low-cost,high-efficiency and high-precision modeling process.Based on the oblique photogrammetry technology,this paper designs the process of 3D modeling data collection technology in a city in Jilin Province in detail,collects the oblique photographic 3D modeling data of the modeling area by the aircraft equipped with a five-len aerial camera and a fixed-wing UAV operating platform,and realizes automatic batch modeling and the monomerization of the 3D model by modeling software.
