摘要

以HFC-365mfc/227ea混合发泡剂替代HCFC-141b,采用喷涂工艺进行低密度硬质聚氨酯泡沫外绝热防护层的生产,对发泡剂用量、泡沫性能、泡沫尺寸稳定性等进行了研究.结果表明:当泡沫的密度、机械强度和导热系数满足外绝热防护层技术要求时,HFC-365mfc/227ea混合发泡剂用量为38~44 g;采用HFC-365mfc/227ea混合发泡剂制备的泡沫密度与HCFC-141b相近时,发泡剂用量比HCFC-141b多25%左右,泡沫的压缩强度和模量高15%、剪切强度和模量比HCFC-141b高50%,导热系数低10%.在不超过80℃的使用温度范围内,HFC-365mfc/227ea混合发泡剂制备的泡沫具有良好的尺寸稳定性,尺寸变化率不超过1%.

Abstract

This paper uses the HFC-365mfc/227ea mixed foaming agent to replace HCFC-141b,produces a low-density external adiabatic protective layer of rigid polyurethane foam by spraying technology,and studies the dosage of the foaming agent,foam performance and foam dimension stability.The results are as follows.When the density,me-chanical strength and thermal conductivity of foam meet the technical requirements of the outer adiabatic protective layer,the dosage of the HFC-365mfc/227ea mixed foaming agent is 38~44 g.When the density of the foam prepared by the HFC-365mfc/227ea mixed foaming agent is similar to that of HCFC-141b,the dosage of the foaming agent is about 25%higher than that of HCFC-141b,with the compressive strength and modulus of the foam 15%higher than those of HCFC-141b,its shear strength and modulus 50%higher,and its thermal conductivity 10%lower.The foam prepared by the HFC-365mfc/227ea mixed foaming agent has good dimensional stability and the dimensional change rate does not exceed 1%in the service temperature temperature range of no more than 80℃.
