Analysis of Technology Implementation for the Mechanical Property Testing of In-Service Equipment Materials Based on Hydraulic Bulging
This paper mainly introduces the technological realization of the whole process of online sampling,labo-ratory sample preparation and bulging test analysis,and takes a hydrogenation reactor that has been out of service as an application object of online sampling test and analysis engineering to measure the mechanical properties of equip-ment body materials.It is found that both the yield strength and tensile strength are weakened,the yield strength is reduced by 14.5%and the tensile strength by 9.8%away from the weld,and that the yield strength decreases slightly and the tensile strength by 3.6%near the weld,which provides real mechanical property data for equipment safety evaluation,and verifies the feasibility and reliability of the method.
