摘要

为提高固废利用率,研究碱激发胶凝材料中的不同配比对再生骨料取代天然骨料的性能影响,以不同级配、水泥掺量、NaOH、石膏掺量为变量,高炉矿渣等质量取代30%的水泥,通过正交试验的方法,科学测定其抗压强度,评价其路用性能.通过正交试验,发现影响混凝土强度的因素由强到弱依次为水泥掺入量、石膏掺入量、NaOH加入量.研究发现,水泥含量5.0%、NaOH加入量6.0%、石膏加入量10%时,再生混凝土的抗压强度最大.

Abstract

In order to improve the utilization of solid waste,this paper studies the influence of different ratios in alkali-activated cementitious materials on the performance of recycled aggregates instead of natural aggregates.Tak-ing different gradations,cement content,NaOH,gypsum content as variables,using the quality of blast furnace slag to replace 30%of cement,it scientifically determinates its compressive strength through the orthogonal test and evaluates its road performance.Through the orthogonal test,it is found that the factors affecting the strength of con-crete from strong to weak are cement addition,gypsum addition and NaOH addition,and that the maximum com-pressive strength of recycled concrete is obtained at 5.0%cement content,6.0%NaOH addition and 10%gypsum addition.
