Research on the Optimization of the Mix Ratio of the Recycled Mixture of Alkali-Activated Slag Cement
In order to improve the utilization of solid waste, this paper studies the influence of different ratios in alkali-activated cementitious materials on the performance of recycled aggregates instead of natural aggregates.Tak-ing different gradations, cement content,NaOH,gypsum content as variables, using the quality of blast furnace slag to replace 30%of cement,it scientifically determinates its compressive strength through the orthogonal test and evaluates its road performance.Through the orthogonal test,it is found that the factors affecting the strength of con-crete from strong to weak are cement addition, gypsum addition and NaOH addition, and that the maximum com-pressive strength of recycled concrete is obtained at 5.0%cement content,6.0%NaOH addition and 10%gypsum addition.
