摘要

"控制性详细规划"课程是城乡规划专业核心课程.通过反思"控制性详细规划"课程在"新工科"建设阶段面临的挑战和教学实践过程中存在的问题.从注重联合教学、强调真题实做、增加专业讲座、邀请行业专家课后评图和联动科研输出5个方面出发,提出五维一体"控制性详细规划"教学改革思路,建立校企资源融合的联合实践平台、研发学校与企业良好合作的实践教学模式,形成"平台+模式"的双保障体系.构建产学研融合的教学体系,形成复合式系统教学改革与实践方案,以期激发学生的学习能动性与创新能力.

Abstract

"Regulatory Plan"is a core course in urban and rural planning majors.This article reflects on the chal-lenges faced by"Regulatory Plan"in the construction stage of"New Engineering"and its problems in the teaching practice process.This paper proposes a five-dimensional integrated teaching reform idea for"Regulatory Plan"from five aspects:emphasizing joint teaching,emphasizing exam practice,increasing professional lectures,inviting industry experts to common on drawings after class and collaborating on scientific research output,establishes a joint practice platform of integrating school and enterprise resources and a practical teaching model of the research and development of the good cooperation between schools and enterprises,which forms a dual guarantee system of"Platform+Mode",and builds a teaching system that integrates industries,academia and research institutes,forming the teaching reform and practice plans of the composite system,in order to stimulate students'learning initiative and innovation ability.
