信息化背景下应用型本科高校提升档案管理效率路径研究
Research on the Path of Improving Archive Management Efficiency in Applied Undergraduate Universities Under the Background of Informatization

摘要
党的二十大报告提出,要完善网格化管理、精细化服务、信息化支撑的基层治理平台,为信息化技术建设数字档案平台提供了方向.在国家大力发展信息化产业的大背景下,地方应用型本科高校档案管理效率面临新的挑战,档案管理模式必将发生一场大的变革.在分析地方应用型本科高校档案管理效率存在问题的基础上,提出完善对档案结构和原始档案的保护、运用现代化提升档案信息化和数字化管理水平、制订并完善档案管理信息化软件系统的技术标准、加强专业人才培训等提升档案管理效率的路径.
Abstract
The report to the 20th CPC National Congress proposed to improve the grassroots governance platform with grid management,refined services and informatization support,which provides a direction for the construction of digital archive platforms with information technology.Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of the information industry in China,local applied undergraduate universities are facing new challenges in their archive management efficiency,and the archive management model is bound to undergo a major change.On the basis of analyzing the problems of archive management efficiency in local applied undergraduate universities,this paper pro-poses paths to improve archive management efficiency,such as improving the protection of archive structures and original archives,using modernization to enhance the information and digital management level of archive,formu-lating and improving technical standards for the information software system of archive management,and strength-ening professional talent training.
