Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasure of Jointly Building"Double-Qualified"Teacher Training Bases by Schools and Enterprises—Inspiration of the Guiding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress on the Construction of Bases
The report to the 20th CPC National Congress made important arrangements for building a leading country in education and cultivating a quality workforce.Carrying out and optimizing the construction of"Double-Qualified"teacher training bases in vocational colleges has become one of the main tasks at present,and the training bases jointly built by schools and enterprises have been proven to be very effective in cultivating teach-ers.Although the model of bilateral cooperation in running schools has been implemented for some time,there are still many challenges and problems that urgently need to be sorted out and solved.Only by opening up the coopera-tion mechanism among industries,enterprises and vocational colleges,and better focusing on informatization,intelli-gence and digitization,can we fully build a new paradigm for the construction of"Double-Qualified"teacher train-ing bases in vocational education.
