Research on the Talent Training of Elderly Care Service Management Majors in Colleges and Universities Under the Guidance of the Guiding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress
With the continuous acceleration of the aging process in China,the issue of aging is becoming increas-ingly prominent,but the lack of elderly care service management talents has brought huge challenges to the elderly care service management industry in China.The 20th CPC National Congress proposed to promote the construc-tion of a healthy China,pursue a proactive national strategy in respond to population aging,develop elderly care programs and services,and provide better services for elderly people who live alone,so as to ensure that basic el-derly care is accessible to the entire elderly population,and it aslo proposed to invigorate China through science and education and develop a strong workforce for the modernization dive.Therefore,universities need to strengthen the construction of the professional talents of elderly care service management,so as to make up for the shortage of elderly care service management talents and the insufficient professional ability of elderly care service management in China.From the perspective of supply-side structural reform,this article studies the current situation and training measures of the talents of elderly care service management majors in colleges and universities,aiming to provide strong guarantees for cultivating modern elderly care service management talents and useful references for the healthy development of the industry.
