摘要
电气自动化工程在现代工业中发挥着至关重要的作用,保证了生产过程的高效性、精确性和可控性.可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)可用于电气自动化工程当中,对机器生产进行监控及自动化控制.通过探讨电气自动化工程中使用PLC技术相较于其他技术的技术优势,探讨使用PLC进行电气设备控制时常见的问题与难点,并总结能够优化电气自动化工程中PLC技术使用效果的有效策略.
Abstract
Electrical automation engineering plays a crucial role in modern industry,providing efficiency,accuracy and controllability for the production process.A programmable Logic Controller(PLC)can be used in electrical au-tomation engineering to monitor and automatically control machine production.This article explores the techno-logical advantages of the PLC technology in electrical automation engineering compared to other technologies,ex-plores the common problems and difficulties of electrical equipment control with PLCs,and summarizes effective strategies to optimize the effect of applying the PLC technology in electrical automation engineering.
