摘要
以叉车柴油机作为研究对象,针对其存在的剧烈抖动现象进行全面深入的分析.通过案例研究的方式,对叉车柴油机中存在抖动的问题进行了剖析,深入探索了叉车柴油机在运转过程中抖动剧烈的原因,寻找解决策略.在对叉车柴油机抖动现象的学习和理解的基础上,采用具体案例对柴油机抖动剧烈的表现进行了详细的观察和记录.通过实地测试和模拟试验,获取叉车柴油机实际运行中的各种数据,综合判断并分析了各种可能的原因,尤其是叉车柴油机由于各部分组件的异步运作或部分故障导致的抖动.
Abstract
This study takes the diesel engine of a forklift as the research object and conducts a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the phenomenon its severe shake.Through case studies,it analyzes the problem of shakes in the diesel engine of the forklift,and deeply explores the reasons of severe shakes during its operation,and finds solu-tions.On the basis of learning and understanding the phenomenon of the shake of the diesel engine of forklifts,it makes the detailed observations and records of the performance of the severe shake of diesel engines by specific cases,obtains the various data of the diesel engine of forklifts during actual operation through on-site tests and simu-lation experiments,and comprehensively judges and analyzes various possible causes,especially the shake of the die-sel engine of forklifts caused by the asynchronous operation or partial failures of various components.
