摘要
为提高建筑改造施工与绿色建筑理念的融合程度,发挥绿色建筑材料与施工方法在建筑改造中的应用效果,将以某老旧小区建筑的旧改工程为例进行分析.明确既有建筑外墙的节能方法,并以案例工程为例,逐步分析节能装饰一体板材料的应用方法,细化施工步骤与技术要点,明确该绿色施工方法的优劣势,以期为相关建筑改造工程提供参考帮助.
Abstract
In order to improve the degree of integration of building renovation construction and green building concepts and leverage the application effects of green building materials and construction methods in building reno-vation,this paper analyzes the example of the old renovation project of an old residential building.It clarifies exist-ing energy-saving methods for the external walls of the building,and uses the case project as the example to gradu-ally analyze the application methods of energy-saving decorative integrated board materials,refine construction steps and technical points and clarify the advantages and disadvantages of this green construction method,in order to provide reference and assistance for related building renovation projects.
