Application and Advantages of the Early-Dismantling Technology of Aluminum Alloy Formwork in Mid-Rise and High-Rise Buildings
Through the application of the early-dismantling of aluminum alloy formwork in the Jinxiu Huating project(Phase I),the principle,basic structure,installation points,quality control,dismantling time determination,dismantling points and advantages of this technology are introduced in detail.The results show that this technology has the characteristics of the high bearing capacity,good stability and strong versatility,it can be reused many times with the high turnover rate,it has a simple and solid support system with large working space and high construction efficiency,it has a clean,beautiful and safe construction site,it has a good construction image,it has a low cost,and that it is energy-saving,low-carbon and environmental.After formwork is dismantled,concrete is solid inside and smooth outside and can be free of plastering,which can accelerate the construction progress.The successful applica-tion of this technology in the Jinxiu Huating project(Phase I)can provide reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
