核电厂安全级电气连接器的设计与试验

摘要
为实现安全级仪表信号的可靠传输,核电厂通常采用可拆卸的电气连接器连接仪表与电缆以及电缆与电缆.对电气连接器技术进行调研,设计了一种结构简单、性能可靠、操作安装方便、在地震以及严重事故下能有效吸收振动载荷、能够承受更长时间的辐照老化和热老化的安全级电气连接器.依托研制样机开展了功能性能试验和鉴定试验,试验结果表明:安全级电气连接器具有极高的可靠性,能够满足核电厂事故环境下的需求.该连接器可推广于其他恶劣环境条件下的应用领域.
Abstract
In order to realize the reliable transmission of safety-level instrument signals,detachable electrical con-nectors are often used to connect instruments and cables,as well as cables and cables in nuclear power plants.This paper investigates the technology of electrical connectors,and designs a safety-level electrical connector with a simple structure,reliable performance and easy operation and installation that can effective absorb the vibration load in earthquakes and serious accidents and withstand irradiation aging and thermal aging for a longer time.Based on the developed prototype,the functional performance test and identification test are carried out.Test results show that the safety-level electrical connector has very high reliability,which can meet the needs of nuclear power plants in the environment of accidents and be promoted to the application fields in other harsh environmental conditions.
