水作为一种良好的溶剂,里面蕴藏着一定量可供微生物生长繁殖的无机和有机物质.清洁水体很容易受到土壤、垃圾、人畜粪便以及各种病原菌微生物的污染,这些微生物在有氧无氧环境下都能繁殖,代谢率高,在适宜的温度下更是可以以指数级别进行扩张,使水质严重恶化危害人类.因此,水质环境监测中应做好微生物检测工作,及时了解水质情况,制订水质环境处理方案,提升水体质量.
Application of Microbiological Detection Technology in the Monitoring of the Water Quality Environment
As a good solvent,water contains a certain amount of inorganic and organic substances that can be used for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms.Clean water bodies are easily polluted by soil,garbage,human and animal feces and various pathogenic bacteria and microorganisms,and these microorganisms can multiply in aerobic and anaerobic environments with a high metabolic rate and can expand exponentially at a suitable tempera-ture,which will seriously deteriorate water quality and endanger human beings.Therefore,in the monitoring of the water quality environment,it is necessary to do a good job in microbiological detection,understand the water qual-ity situation in time,and formulate treatment plans for the water quality environment,so as to improve the quality of water bodies.
