摘要
随着气候变化和环境挑战的加剧,水旱灾害日益成为全球性问题,对社会、经济和环境造成了严重影响.传统的灾害管理方法在应对这些挑战时往往显示出局限性,特别是在数据处理、灾害预测和资源分配方面.人工智能技术,尤其是机器学习和深度学习,为改善灾害管理提供了新的可能性.通过对大量数据进行实时监测和分析,人工智能能够提供更准确的灾害预测,支持更高效的应急响应策略,并有助于灾后恢复和规划.基于此,深入探讨了这些策略的实施和应用,评估了其有效性,并提出了未来研究的方向.
Abstract
With the intensification of climate changes and environmental challenges,floods and droughts have in-creasingly become global problems,causing serious impacts on society,economy and the environment.Traditional disaster management methods often show limitations in addressing these challenges,particularly in the aspects of data processing,disaster prediction and resource allocation.Artificial intelligence technology,especially machine learning and deep learning,provides new possibilities for improving disaster management.By the real-time moni-toring and analysis of mass data,artificial intelligence can provide more accurate disaster prediction,support more ef-ficient emergency response strategies and contribute to post-disaster recovery and planning.Based on this,this study delves into the implementation and application of these strategies,evaluates their effectiveness and proposes fu-ture research directions.
