Analysis of the Planning of the Urban Slow Traffic Network—Taking the New Central Region of Yunnan as an Example
With people's increasing demand for healthy,green and low-carbon lifestyle,planning slow traffic is an important measure to promote the sustainable development of traffic.This paper takes the planning of slow traffic in the New Central Region of Yunnan as the carrier,expounds the planning of the slow traffic network,and puts for-ward the concepts of the slow traffic of the greenway network,traffic network and life network.The greenway net-work relies on and is based on natural elements,connects urban and rural recreation,leisure and other green open space with recreation and fitness as its main functions.The traffic network connects cities in groups,mainly with commuting function,and it is mostly set up along municipal roads.The life network is mainly based on recreation,fitness and communication,and scenic spots are arranged along the cultural landscape,mainly on urban branch roads.At the same time,the planning gives the construction standard of the slow network,which has a certain refer-ence significance for urban slow planning and design.
