基于物联网技术的智能蚕室控制系统设计

针对蚕室环境监测和控制的自动化和智能化水平相对较低,导致蚕的存活率较低、蚕茧的产量效率不高等问题,设计了一个基于物联网的智能蚕室系统.系统由ZigBee传感网、STM32C8T6主控和ESP8266模块与MQTT协议组成,并通过OneNet物联网平台和微信小程序实现了对蚕室的远程监控与管理.实验结果表明:智能蚕室系统能够准确地检测环境参数,提高了蚕的存活率和蚕茧的质量.中央控制系统的实时数据处理和响应保障了环境控制的及时性和准确性.因此,这项研究为智慧蚕室的发展提供了有力的参考依据.
Design of an Intelligent Control System of Silkworm Nurseries Based on IoT Technology
In response to the problem of the low survival rate of silkworms and the low yield efficiency of silk cocoons caused by the relatively low automatic and intelligent level of the environmental monitoring and control of silkworm nurseries,this article designs an intelligent silkworm nursery system based on the Internet of Things.The system consists of the ZigBee sensor network,the STM32C8T6 main controller,the ESP8266 module and the MQTT protocol,and it achieves the remote monitoring and management of silkworm nurseries through the OneNet platform of the Internet of Things and WeChat applets.Experimental results show that the intelligent control system of silkworm nurseries can accu-rately detect environmental parameters,improving the survival rate of silkworms and the quality of silk cocoons,and that the real-time data processing and response of the central control system ensure the timeliness and accuracy of environ-mental control.Therefore,this research provides a strong reference for the development of smart silkworm nurseries.
