摘要
随着城市的快速发展和土地利用的立体化,二维不动产登记很难满足准确、直观地管理三维空间信息的需求,而且不动产的登记过程可能复杂而耗时,引发权属冲突.由于3D模型可以定位任何楼层和房屋,因此可以准确确定房产边界、明确所有权、提供准确的登记和认证、提高登记效率.研究开发了一个3D不动产登记数据库,将现有的二维不动产登记系统与现有的二维房地产登记系统连接起来,以验证使用倾斜测量技术进行不动产登记的可行性.
Abstract
With the rapid development of cities and three-dimensional land use,2D real estate registration is diffi-cult to meet the needs of the accurate and intuitive management of 3D spatial information,and the registration pro-cess of real estate can be complicated and time-consuming,causing ownership conflicts.3D models can locate any floor and house,so they can accurately determine property boundaries,clarify ownership,provide accurate registra-tion and authentication and improve registration efficiency.This paper studies and develops a 3D real estate registra-tion database,which connects the existing 2D real estate registration system with the existing 2D property registra-tion system to prove the feasibility of real estate registration by the oblique photogrammetry technology.
