摘要

带式输送机驱动装置中偶合器是重要的能量传递设备,是连接电机和减速机的重要部分.目前,主流使用的是传统的液力偶合器,但是液力偶合器存在较大的转差率和较低的效率,并且更换维护的工作量比较大.为了提升设备性能,在设备中使用永磁涡流柔性传动联轴器,主要提供了永磁偶合器替换液力偶合器的一个案例,并在设备稳定性和能耗两个方面进行了对比分析.

Abstract

A coupling is an important energy transfer device in the drive device of a belt conveyor,which is an im-portant part of connecting the motor and the reducer.At present,a traditional hydraulic coupling is used in the mainstream,but the hydraulic coupling has a large slip rate and low efficiency,and the workload of its replacement and maintenance is relatively large.In order to improve equipment performance,a permanent-magnet eddying flexible transmission coupling is used in equipment.This article mainly provides a case of replacing hydraulic cou-plings with permanent-magnet couplings,and compares and analyzes the stability and energy consumption of equipment.
