摘要
桁架机械手是自动焊接生产线的重要组成部分,为了满足某企业叉车门架自动焊接生产线大跨度、高载重、精度高的要求,设计开发出一款有效行程长为36 m、宽为9.76 m的桁架机械手,其最大载重1.5 t.为了确保其结构性能要求,利用有限元分析工具,验证其最大变形量小于2 mm,结构刚度和强度都满足设计要求;同时桁架机械手制造出来后,经过现场装机测试验证,整体性能指标满足用户需求.
Abstract
The truss manipulator is an important component of the automatic welding production line.In order to meet the requirements of a certain enterprise's forklift gantry automatic welding production line for large span,high load capacity,and high accuracy,a truss manipulator with an effective travel length of 36 m and a width of 9.76 m was designed and developed,with a maximum load capacity of 1.5 tons.To ensure its structural performance re-quirements,finite element analysis tools were used to verify that its maximum deformation is less than 2 mm,and the structural stiffness and strength meet the design requirements;After the manufacturing of the truss manipulator,it was verified through on-site installation testing that the overall performance indicators met the needs of users.
