Research on the Effectiveness Evaluation Method of Energy Transition Based on Principal Component Analysis from the Perspective of"Carbon Neutrality"
Traditional principal component analysis cannot fully consider the impact of the"carbon neutrality"goal when evaluating the effectiveness of energy transition,so this paper proposes to improve the evaluation method of the effectiveness of energy transition based on principal component analysis from the perspective of"carbon neutral-ity".The weights of the effectiveness indicators of energy transition are calculated from the perspective of"carbon neutrality",the effectiveness of energy transition is comprehensively evaluated from multiple dimensions,and an ef-fectiveness evaluation model of energy transition is constructed.Evaluating the effectiveness of energy transition based on the improved principal component analysis method,and the higher the comprehensive score,the better the overall effectiveness of energy transition.Experimental results show that after using this method,the emission re-duction effect of carbon emissions is obvious with their significant reduction,achieving the goal of"carbon neutral-ity".
