摘要
以智慧服务为图书馆的改进方向,明确了图书馆阅读推广的目标:增强读者满意性、全面获取读者阅读需求;从技术、管理两个方面,逐一给出图书馆阅读推广的方法;技术措施有建立智慧服务体系、搭建智慧阅读推广平台等;管理措施有补充智慧阅读推广的各类资源、加强智慧阅读推广管理等,以保证智慧图书馆阅读推广的服务质量.
Abstract
This paper takes the smart service as the improvement direction of libraries,and clarifies the goals of li-brary reading promotion:enhancing readers'satisfaction and obtaining their reading needs in an all-round way,and gives the methods of library reading promotion from the two aspects of technology and management one by one.Technical measures include setting up a smart service system,building a smart reading promotion platform,etc.,and management measures include supplementing various resources for smart reading promotion,strengthening the management of smart reading promotion,etc.,so as to ensure the service quality of smart library reading promotion.
