摘要
农村房地一体调查工作,是一项全国性的基础调查工作,存在单项目工作量大、多项目同步开展、工期紧张、数据要素多且关联关系复杂、数据处理难度高的特点.高质量专业技术人员不足、数据处理的效率与准确性差,是此类项目的关键性问题.因此,提出了基于检查项前置、面向自动化进行数据结构设计的房地一体自动化数据方案,以提高数据处理效率、减少人为错误,并在项目中实际应用得到验证,为房地一体调查以及同类型项目的技术方案提供有效支撑.
Abstract
The investigation of the integration of rural housing and land is nationwide basic investigation work,which has the characteristics of the large workload of a single project,the synchronous implementation of multiple projects,the tight construction period,multiple data elements and complex correlation relationships,and the high difficulty in data processing,and the shortage of high-quality professional technical personnel and the poor effi-ciency and accuracy of data processing are key issues in such projects.Therefore,this article proposes an automated data scheme of the integration of housing and land that is based on the preposition of inspection items and designs data stuctures for automation,in order to improve the efficiency of data processing and reduce human errors,and it has been verified in the practical applications of projects,which provides the effective support of technical schemes for the investigation of the integration of housing and land and similar projects.
