摘要
轨道交通缺陷检测是保障轨道交通运营安全的重要方法.无损检测技术可以在保持结构不变的情况下检测并评估缺陷和故障等.因其具有经济、快速和精确的优势而成为研究热点,广泛应用在轨道交通、新型复合材料、航空航天、石油化工、医疗和钢铁等领域.重点分析了无损检测技术原理、优势和适用范围,以及在钢轨和车辆上的应用,并对未来发展趋势进行展望.
Abstract
The defect detection of rail transit is an important means to ensure its operation safety.Nondestructive testing technology can detect and evaluate defects and faults while keeping the structure unchanged,and it has be-come a research hotspot because of its economical,fast and accuracte advantages and been widely used in rail transit,new composite material,aerospace,petrochemical,medical and steel fields.This paper focuses on the principle,ad-vantages and the range of application of nondestructive testing technology,as well as its application in rails and ve-hicles,and prospects its future development trend.
