激光测径仪的屏蔽改造及其应用

摘要
激光测径仪作为一种简便、精确的尺寸测量手段,已在工业领域得到广泛应用.由于激光测径仪中的核心部件主要为光学与电子器件,因此其耐受γ射线照射的能力较低.为完成反应堆乏燃料棒的尺寸测量工作,对激光测径仪进行了屏蔽改造,改造后的设备在保留了原有测量精度的前提下,耐辐照能力得到显著提升,可用于高放射性物品的尺寸测量工作.
Abstract
As a simple and accurate means of dimension measurement,a laser diameter gauge has been widely ap-plied in the industrial field.The core components of the laser diameter gauge are mainly optical and electronic com-ponents,so it has a low tolerance to γ-ray radiation.In order to perform the dimension measurement of the spent fuel rods of the reactor,shielding modification is completed on the laser diameter gauge.On the premise of retain-ing the original measurement accuracy,the modified divice has significantly improved its irradiation resistance,which can be used for the dimension measurement of high-level radioactive items.
