在高速公路建设中,沥青混合料的质量控制是确保道路性能和使用寿命的关键环节.首先,从沥青混合料的原材料入手,探讨了沥青、集料及填料的质量控制策略,包括原材料的选取、储存运输、质量检测与评估.其次,深入分析了沥青混合料生产过程中的设备选择、生产监控和成品质量检测.最后,针对沥青混合料施工过程中的运输、摊铺、压实及施工接缝处理等方面进行了详细讨论,以期通过系统的质量管理,提高高速公路沥青混合料的整体质量与性能.
Abstract
In the construction of highways,the quality control of asphalt mixtures is a key link to ensure road per-formance and service life.This article starts with the raw materials of asphalt mixtures and explores the quality con-trol strategies of asphalt,aggregates,and fillers,including the selection,storage and transportation of raw materials,as well as quality testing and evaluation.Subsequently,the article conducted an in-depth analysis of equipment selec-tion,production monitoring,and finished product quality inspection in the production process of asphalt mixtures.Finally,a detailed discussion was conducted on the transportation,paving,compaction,and construction joint treat-ment during the construction process of asphalt mixtures,in order to improve the overall quality and performance of asphalt mixtures on highways through systematic quality management.
