大跨径桥梁悬臂挂篮施工技术要求高,安全管控压力大.以云南宣会高速公路牛栏江特大桥为例,主要对菱形挂篮拼装、荷载试验、测量观测、变形观测、数据分析5个方面进行讨论.进行分级预压试验,加载至箱梁施工荷载状态的120%,支架变形量小于1 mm/h时,挂篮预压沉降趋于稳定,挂篮结构安全.加载试验为类似菱形挂篮悬臂现浇施工提供技术支持和参考.
Analysis of the Key Control Points of the Load Test of Diamond-Shaped Hanging Baskets in the Cast-in-Place Cantilever Construction of Continuous Rigid Frame Bridges
The cantilever construction technology with hanging baskets of large-span bridges has high require-ments and high safety control pressure.This article takes the Niulanjiang Bridge on the Xuanwei-Huize Express-way in Yunnan as an example,and mainly discusses the assembly of diamond-shaped hanging baskets,the load test,measurement observation,deformation observation and data analysis.A graded preloading test is conducted,and when it is loaded to 120%of the construction load state of the box girder and the deformation of the support is less than 1mm/h,the preloading settlement of the hanging basket tends to be stable,ensuring the safety of the hanging basket structure.The load test provides technical support and reference for similar cast-in-place cantilever con-struction with diamond-shaped hanging baskets.
