在数字化时代背景下,教育领域正在经历一场史无前例的变革.数字技术的广泛应用,不仅改变了传统的学习方式,还开辟了教师教学能力提升的新途径.研究旨在探讨如何利用数字技术革新赋能教师,优化其教学能力与发展路径.从理论角度,依托数字技术的赋能作用、内驱动力的激发、数字化理念的更新以及数字化策略的创新4个维度,构建教师教学能力提升框架.从实践角度,对数字技术进行分析,以推动教师教学方法的优化、教学流程的重构、教学模式的创新以及教学思维的革新.进而为提升教师数字化专业发展能力、激发教师的内在驱动力,使其更好地适应数字化时代的教育需求.
Research on Empowering Teaching Capacity Enhancement by Digital Technologies
In the context of the digital age,the field of education is undergoing an unprecedented transformation.The widespread application of digital technologies has not only changed traditional learning methods,but also opened new paths for enhancing teachers'instructional capability.This study aims to explore how to use digital technologies to innovate and empower teachers to optimize their teaching ability and development paths.From a theoretical perspective,this study relies on four dimensions:the empowerment of digital technologies,the stimula-tion of intrinsic motivations,the renewal of digital concepts and the innovation of digital strategies to construct a framework for enhancing teachers'instructional capability.From a practical perspective,it analyzes digital technolo-gies to promote the optimization of teachers'teaching methods,the reconstruction of their teaching processes,the innovation of their teaching models and the reformation of their teaching thoughts,so as to enhance their digital professional development ability,stimulate their intrinsic motivation,and enable them to better adapt to the educa-tional demand of the digital era.
